The warranty period starts on the day of purchase of the products (payment of 100% of the full product fee). The basic requirement for validating the warranty is proper installation and use according to the cleaning and maintenance instructions included with the purchased product. Indoortech® s.r.o. is not responsible for errors due to improper installation of windows.

The warranty covers:

durability of profiles
strength of structural bonds
maintaining the efficiency and functional functions of the assemblies
adequate sealing of insulated glass elements
preserving the factory colors of the profiles

The warranty does not cover:

adjusting the fittings
window maintenance
condensation of external and internal glasshouses
cracks that can occur when using glass sheets
insignificant defects that do not affect the use value of the windows

Warranty repairs are described in Indoortech® s.r.o. no later than 30 days after the complaint is acknowledged. This period may change after prior agreement with the customer. All accessories (eg shutters, cornices ..) that were not supplied with the window must be removed from the window before the service team arrives. The list of products covered by the warranty is included in the invoice.
External damage to glass panes and profiles must be reported within 14 days of purchase. Guarantee
